We will exchange the goods or refund you if you return your item(s) to us unopened and in the original condition within 30 days of receipt. All goods will be inspected on return.
This returns guarantee is over and above your statutory rights.
Please note if your item has been worn we will not accept your return due to hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty.
We do provide size charts for our products to help you determine your size before adding to your basket. To avoid disappointment of your item not being suitable we advise to all our customers to check the size charts provided before completing their shopping experience. Also please take the second opportunity to double check the size chart located on the back of your item up on receipt before opening.

As soon as we have received your returned item(s) we will provide you with an exchange or a refund you for the full cost of the item, we aim to process all returns with 3 working days of receipt.
We will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed and any details of the replacement items where applicable.
Please note if you have requested an exchange and your chosen substitute product is not in stock we will place your item onto backorder. Your item will then be sent to you as soon as we have received further stock.
If the item is no longer available at we will contact you offering an alternative item or a refund.
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive of June 13, 2014, any customer from within the EU (including the UK) returning an item for refund will also have the initial postage paid (or delivery cost ) refunded. If you have chosen an express delivery option (Special/ Saturday/ Same day), you will be eligible to receive a refund equal to the Let's Spa standard delivery rate. Where the value of the order would have qualified for free standard delivery, there will be no delivery cost refund.
If you have requested an exchange, we will not charge you again for shipping when we dispatch your replacement items.
Let's Spa will not refund your postage costs unless you have had to return an item due to an error on our part or because the item you received was faulty.
