All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. If it happens that some product is not available we offer you another similar product or refund.

Regular Post service (5-10 days to Europe, 14-20 days outside Europe)
Courier service (EMS, Global Express or DPD) 3-5 days to Europe, 7-10 days outside Europe

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
